However, they couldn't compromise on the existing storage capacity, which housed 330 and 270 Lateral V files, folders, and boxes. Additionally, the storage system needed to maintain a height of no more than six levels of filing, be lockable to secure confidential files, and have an aesthetically pleasing design to ensure a harmonious office environment.

Mesh security doors are an increasingly popular option for protecting pallet racking in warehouses and other storage facilities. These doors are made from a mesh metal material that is strong and durable, making it difficult for unauthorized individuals to gain access to the racking. Doors are often fitted with offset hinges to allow for 50-80 overhang for pallets and or timber or mesh decks to fully support the pallets. Colours are popular often painted red for quanantine areas.  

One of the key benefits of mesh security doors is that they allow for visibility into the storage area. This is important for a number of reasons.For example, it allows employees to easily see what is stored on the pallet racking, which can help to improve efficiency and productivity. "See at a glance" allows staff and customers to visabiliy see whats in stock without undoing door locks. Also  the visibility provided by mesh security doors can help to deter potential thieves, as they will be able to see that their actions are being monitored.

Our client needed a solution to allow on going work be carried out in a large warehouse facility, that offered confidentiality and security to individual groups at the same time a sharing the workspace. 

The solution provided was a run of individual work bays that could be padlocked when not in use. 

Each bay is 2500 high x 1800 long x 800mm deep. Fitted with 3 beam levels fitted with metal shelf panels. All sides are fitted with 50 x 50mm security mesh and fronts fitted with a mesh double door that is padlockable.

Mesh was preferred over a solid doors as is allows see at glance work in progress and stock check

The racking was bolted to the floor so it could not be moved. Bulky items, trolleys to be stored at the bottom, 1st shelf at bench height and upper shelves to store general supplies, tools also any work in progress. 

Additional accessories such as mesh tops, shelf dividers, louvred panels for hooks and bins and backs are available as well as options of shelves. Shelf options are metal panels, plain chipboard, melamine faced chipboard (MFC) and mesh shelves.
